VENDOR APPLICATION

By applying to INDIO Guitar Show 2027, the exhibitor agrees to the following conditions:

• Booth space is limited and subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only when the application is accepted and payment is received.
• Exhibits must remain within the assigned booth. Sharing, transferring or subleasing booth space requires prior written approval from show management.
• All company personnel must be listed on the application. Exhibitor passes are provided as specified in the selected booth package.
• Keep instrument demonstrations brief and at a considerate volume. Follow instructions from show management regarding sound levels.
• Provide receipts for sales and trades. Each exhibitor is responsible for applicable taxes, licenses and permits, and for the merchandise they buy, sell or trade.
• Exhibitors are responsible for safeguarding their property. INDIO Guitar Show 2027, Bay Area Vintage Guitars and The Dune Room assume no responsibility for loss, theft or damage, to the extent permitted by law.
• Follow venue safety requirements and instructions from show management. Booth placement and exhibit suitability are subject to management approval.
• Exhibits must remain in place until the show's official closing. Arrange load-in, load-out and any special requirements with the organizer.
